2010 Rehoboth Beach Classic- Updates and Reminders

Thank you for your interest in and support of the 9th Annual Rehoboth Beach -Pull N Pop Classic -
Flag Football Tournament. The tournament will be held the weekend of July 24th-25th at the Rehoboth
Elementary School in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This year marks our 9th year and we are looking forward
to seeing some of the familiar faces along with meeting a few new ones.

We anticipate 20 teams from the Mid-Atlantic Region and are happy to announce The Rehoboth Beach Hooters Restaurant
as one of our new 2010 sponsors. Hooters will provide 20% food and merchandise discounts to all
PNP participants, fans over the tournament weekend (Fri-Sun) and friends plus a few other surprises!!

Team Captains; please be aware of the following:
Team Entry must be completed and submitted by COB Tuesday July 20th for participation (absolutely
no exceptions); fax or e-mail!!

Schedules will post (usftl/pullnpop websites) and be e-mailed to team captains by late Wednesday, July
23rd, 2010.

Payment MUST be received by July 22nd, 2010 via the following (NO EXCEPTIONS):

Online - through PayPal (does not require an additional processing fee)
In Person - by COB July 22nd, 2010.

Like uniforms must be worn by players of each team; no t’s, no skins, no rag tag
Final Team Roster must be turned in 1 hour prior to start of games (IF modified)
All players must sign and return individual waivers 1 hour prior to start of games
All players will be required to check in w/ID at registration table prior participation in tournament games.
This includes "late" players. "Late" players include late arrivals and those participating in one day of
games.

Captains are responsible for the following: (1) knowledge of rules and adherence of rules and policies,
(2) teams/fans, (3) admin matters, (4) trash pick up- all captains will be provided trash bags from
registration table before each game. (5) sideline/team areas, (6) Keeping the premises smoke and
alcohol free. It is the responsibility of the team captain to pick up trash bags.
